About the role:

We’re looking for a Sales BI Analyst to join our Sales & Operations Planning team at JCB World Headquarters. Reporting to the Sales Reporting Manager, you’ll be part of a small, collaborative team responsible for delivering the data, reporting and insights that support key business decisions.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in data analysis and management information who enjoys turning complex data into clear, meaningful insights. You’ll take ownership of key reporting processes, work with stakeholders across the business and help us continually improve how we use data through automation, standardisation and new technologies.

What does this role involve day to day?

As a Sales BI Analyst within our Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) team, you’ll play an important role in turning data into meaningful information that supports decision-making across the business.

Based at JCB World Headquarters and reporting to the Sales Reporting Manager, you’ll join a small, collaborative and passionate team responsible for delivering accurate and timely management information to a range of stakeholders.

On a day-to-day basis, you’ll produce and distribute key S&OP reporting across daily, weekly and monthly cycles, while taking ownership of a variety of planning and reporting processes. This will include maintaining master data within SAP BPC, running system processes to prepare data for monthly planning cycles and identifying and resolving data anomalies.

You’ll use your analytical skills to understand the root causes behind trends and reporting issues, continually looking for opportunities to improve the quality, consistency and efficiency of our reporting. Automation and standardisation will be a key focus, helping us develop smarter and more effective ways of working.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
