We’re a fast-growing utilities consultancy based in Shoreditch. Partnering with over 50 leading suppliers, we help businesses reduce their costs across energy, payments, telecoms, waste, and water. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for confident, driven individuals to join our busy sales team and take the next step in their career.
The Role
This is an exciting phone-based B2B sales role, perfect for someone with call centre or telesales experience who’s ready to develop as a broker. You’ll be advising business customers, identifying their needs, and helping them secure better deals through our network of trusted suppliers. Full training provided for motivated candidates looking to build a career in consultancy.

Requirements
- Make outbound calls to new and existing business leads, including web enquiries and warm leads
- Understand client needs and offer tailored utility solutions across energy, telecoms, payments, waste, and water
- Prepare quotes and negotiate competitive rates with suppliers
- Manage ongoing client relationships and renewals
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
What we are looking for

- 1+ years of experience in Industry experience energy, payments, telecoms, waste or the water industry.
- Confident phone manner and ability to build rapport quickly
- Organised, motivated, and goal-driven
- Ambition to progress into a broker or senior sales position
Benefits
- £24,000–£28,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
- Uncapped commission – top earners taking home £60k+
