Insurance Broker | Sales Executive
Farnborough | £25,000 to £30,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission | OTE £60,000+
Are you a confident, driven salesperson who knows how to build rapport, handle objections and turn conversations into results?
Perhaps you’re currently working in recruitment, insurance sales, business development or another outbound sales environment and looking for an opportunity where your sales ability can translate into significantly higher earnings.
We’re recruiting for a growing financial services business in Farnborough looking for ambitious salespeople to join its insurance team.
You don’t need previous insurance experience. What matters is that you’re comfortable speaking to customers, asking the right questions and closing business.
The Role
You’ll be speaking with customers who have already expressed an interest in life insurance and protection, understanding their circumstances and helping them find a suitable solution. This is a telephone-based sales role where you’ll manage your own pipeline, follow up opportunities and convert enquiries into business. You’ll receive full training, ongoing coaching and support towards professional qualifications.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
