About the Role

We are seeking an organised and proactive Sales & Business Administration Coordinator to join our team. This role combines customer-focused sales support with key business administration responsibilities, helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the commercial function. The successful candidate will work closely with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to support sales activities, process orders, maintain customer records, and provide administrative support across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support

  • Process customer enquiries, quotations, and orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and product information.
  • Working closely with the sales team with reports, pricing updates, and customer account administration.
  • Assist with customer reviews, sales analysis, and business development activities.
  • Maintain CRM system and customer databases ensuring information is accurate and up to date.

Business Administration

  • Provide general administrative support across the business.
  • Prepare commercial documentation.
  • Ensure company systems and records are maintained to a high standard.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a sales support, customer service, or business administration role.
  • Confident using a telephone to speak to customers (both existing and prospective).
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Positive, team-oriented approach with a willingness to learn.
