Sales + Business Development
Location: Remote
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: 100% commission-only with no base salary. Earnings are uncapped and based entirely on performance.
Position Overview
Our Client is seeking an experienced Sales + Business Development professional to generate new opportunities, build relationships with business owners, and convert prospects into long-term clients. This is a full-cycle position combining outbound business development, consultative sales, relationship management, and closing. You will be responsible for creating your own pipeline, identifying qualified prospects, presenting high-value professional services, and securing signed client engagements.
The ideal candidate is proactive, confident speaking with senior decision-makers, and motivated by a performance-based compensation structure.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through outbound calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other prospecting strategies.
- Research and identify founders, business owners, executives, and companies that fit the target client profile.
- Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of new sales opportunities.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand each prospect’s business, goals, challenges, priorities, and timeline.
- Present the company’s services, process, pricing, and value proposition.
- Develop customized sales strategies and proposals based on each prospect’s needs.
- Manage opportunities from initial outreach through discovery, presentation, negotiation, and signed agreement.
- Address objections involving pricing, timing, competition, risk, and service value.
- Develop long-term relationships with clients, referral partners, and industry contacts.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline stages, forecasts, activity, and next steps.
- Meet established prospecting, conversion, pipeline, and revenue goals.
- Share feedback on market trends, client needs, competitive activity, and messaging effectiveness.

Qualifications
- Experience in B2B sales, business development, enterprise sales, professional services, financial services, consulting, or a related field.
- Proven ability to generate leads, create pipeline, and close high-value products or services.
- Experience communicating with founders, business owners, executives, or senior decision-makers.
- Strong prospecting, discovery, presentation, relationship-building, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Comfortable conducting cold outreach and developing opportunities independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong CRM, pipeline management, account planning, and forecasting experience.
- Self-motivated, organized, persistent, and comfortable working with limited supervision.
- Reliable home-office environment and strong remote-work discipline.
- Comfortable working in a 100% commission-only position.
