Bunset & Co. is looking for ambitious, motivated individuals to join our growing team in Manchester. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for people who are ready to learn, develop professionally, and build a long-term career in sales and business development.
No previous sales experience is required — full training is provided. Whether you're a recent graduate, looking for your first professional opportunity, or considering a career change, we're more interested in your attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn than your previous experience.

Bunset & Co. is an expanding face-to-face sales and marketing company based in Manchester.
We work with established UK brands to help them acquire new customers through professional, face-to-face marketing campaigns across residential, business and event environments.

The Role
As a Sales & Business Development Associate, you'll gain hands-on experience representing established brands and speaking directly with customers.
Your day-to-day role will involve:

- Representing client campaigns through professional face-to-face customer engagement
- Speaking with new and existing customers and understanding their needs
- Presenting products and services clearly and confidently
- Building strong customer relationships
- Working towards individual and team targets
- Developing your communication, negotiation and sales skills
- Taking part in regular coaching and development sessions
- Working alongside experienced team members and sales leaders
No two days are exactly the same, and you'll have the opportunity to develop skills that can be transferred into sales, business development, management and leadership.

You don't need previous experience. Our training is designed to give you the knowledge, confidence and practical experience needed to succeed.
Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, events, sport or other customer-facing environments can be beneficial, but isn't essential.
Training & Development
