About Sage Associates

Sage Associates is expanding its Birmingham team and is looking for ambitious, career-driven individuals who are ready to build a long-term career in sales, leadership, and business development.

This is more than just a sales role—it's a structured career pathway designed for individuals who want to develop professionally, take on responsibility, and progress into leadership.

No previous experience is required. We invest in people with the right attitude, strong work ethic, and ambition, providing comprehensive training, one-to-one mentorship, and continuous professional development from day one.

If you're looking for a career where your progression is determined by your performance rather than your time in the business, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.

The Role

From your first day, you'll represent established UK brands in a customer-facing environment, developing the commercial and leadership skills needed to build a successful career.

You'll play an active role in customer acquisition, relationship management, and business development, while learning how successful organisations build, retain, and grow their client base.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
