Role Summary
The Sales & Business Development Executive serves as the commercial engine of our Liverpool-based professional services team, focusing on high-impact customer acquisition and professional brand representation. This Junior, Full-time, Hybrid role exists to build a foundation in sales and communication while rapidly progressing toward leadership and operational ownership. Success is measured by consistent target attainment, skill mastery, and the ability to take on increasing responsibility within a small, high-growth environment.
Work Setup & Collaboration
- Hybrid Schedule: Based in Liverpool, requiring a mix of in-person team collaboration and field-based activity.
- Mandatory Mobility: Active Driving Licence required for travel to meet customers and represent brands locally.
- High Autonomy: Expected to manage daily outreach and individual performance targets with minimal micro-management.
- Small Team Dynamics: Work closely within a 1-10 person team, requiring high adaptability and direct communication with leadership.
What You'll Do
- Execute Sales Strategy: Drive customer acquisition through direct engagement and professional relationship building.
- Represent Brands: Act as the primary face of established professional services brands, ensuring high-quality interactions.
- Manage Pipeline: Lead conversations from initial contact through to solution delivery and closing.
- Apply Feedback: Participate in daily coaching sessions to refine communication styles and overcome customer objections.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Share market insights with the team to improve overall business development processes.
- Mentor Peers: Support and guide newer team members as your own experience and seniority grow.
- Own Progression: Actively track your development milestones to move toward leadership and operational roles.
- Meet Targets: Consistently work toward individual and team-based KPIs to ensure business growth.

Success Indicators
- Acquisition Volume: Meet or exceed weekly customer acquisition and conversion targets.
- Brand Compliance: Maintain 100% accuracy and professional standards in all brand representations.
- Skill Progression: Complete internal training modules and demonstrate mastery of negotiation and presentation skills.
- Retention & Quality: Ensure high customer satisfaction scores and low churn rates for acquired accounts.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driving Licence: A non-negotiable requirement for regional travel and field-based activity.
- UK Work Authorization: Must be fully authorized to work in the United Kingdom.
- Communication Excellence: Ability to speak confidently and persuasively in professional environments.
- Student Mentality: A proactive approach to learning and a high level of coachability regarding performance feedback.
- Work Ethic: Demonstrated reliability and the drive to put in the effort required for rapid career progression.
- Junior Seniority: 0–2 years of experience; we prioritize potential and attitude over extensive resumes.
