Sales Business Development Executive (Contract) - Global Sport Professionals

Location: London Area, United Kingdom
(On-site / Hybrid options for the right candidate)

Type: Contract — Full-Time

Compensation: Base + Unlimited Commission (uncapped earning potential)

Reports to: CEO

Company Description

Global Sport Professionals (GSP) is dedicated to shaping the future of sport through advanced technology solutions. The company offers AI-powered training tools for football clubs, comprehensive club administration platforms, and a sports e-commerce rewards system. By integrating these services, GSP connects, develops, and empowers football professionals around the world. Team members collaborate with clubs, players, and organisations to enhance performance, streamline operations, and create new value in the global football ecosystem.

We are growing fast, and we're building a sales team to match. This is a genuine opportunity to join an early-stage, high-growth sports-tech company and be rewarded directly for the value you bring.

We believe great sales talent should have an unlimited ceiling on what they can earn.

Role Description

This is a contract, commission-driven Sales Business Development Executive role focused on selling GSP's full product suite into football clubs, academies, federations, and sports organisations — across both B2B (club and organisational sales) and B2B2C (rewards, e-commerce, and player/parent-facing propositions) channels.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
