Rambunct is an AWS Advanced Consulting Partner holding five AWS competencies: DevOps, AI, Digital Workplace, SMB and Business Value Realization (BVR). We put agentic AI, Amazon Connect and modern cloud platforms into growing businesses, and run them afterwards. Our four services:
- AI & Agentic Solutions - agents on Amazon Bedrock and AgentCore that take real work off people's plates
- Customer Experience - Amazon Connect contact centres, AI receptionists, phone and WhatsApp agents
- Build & Modernise - DevOps, Kubernetes/EKS, platform engineering, migrations
- Managed AWS - ongoing operations, FinOps and cost optimisation, AWS billing through our distributor

Role
You own new business across all four services, from first conversation to signed deal. Our outbound team, marketing and webinars feed you conversations;
You will:
- Build and own a new-business pipeline - your own prospecting plus hand-offs from our SDR, cold-calling partner and marketing
- Run discovery calls that get to the real problem, the budget owner and the decision process
- Follow up webinar attendees and inbound enquiries fast and convert them into qualified opportunities
- Lead with funded entry points - AWS Well-Architected Reviews, security scans, cost reviews, PoC funding - and expand from there
- Work with our engineers to scope and price each engagement, then close it
- Hand over cleanly to delivery and stay close to the client through the first engagement
- Meet up with partners in locations, UK / Europe

Basic Requirements
- 2+ years selling IT services, consultancy or MSP engagements to SMB decision-makers
- Consultative discovery: you find the business problem and the budget before you pitch
- Comfortable selling cloud, AI and contact-centre outcomes; enough technical fluency to be credible, with our engineers covering the depth
- Preferably in London, however open for remote if you are willing to travel
Compensation
£40k FTC with bonus on top of closed deal
