Company Introduction

Amron is a leading supplier of architectural metal products, working with architects, interior designers, contractors, fabricators, and manufacturers across the UK and internationally. With an extensive range of products and specialist knowledge, we work closely with our customers to understand their requirements and help them find the right products for their projects.

Job Overview

The Sales & Business Development Executive is responsible for delivering profitable growth in the sale of our stocked product range. This role will proactively identify and develop new B2B customers, reactivate dormant accounts, and increase the frequency and value of repeat purchases from existing customers whilst managing inbound website, telephone, and email enquiries.

This will be a fast-paced sales role, focused on promoting our stocked metal products. You will provide clear product and application guidance, prepare accurate quotations and proforma invoices, and follow up opportunities through to order.

This is predominantly an office-based role at our Headquarters in Faversham.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Growth and Customer Development

  • Deliver agreed revenue, gross profit, margin, and product-volume targets for the stocked range.
  • Identify and approach new customers within priority sectors, including joinery, cabinet making, furniture and kitchen manufacturing, shopfitting, interior fit-out, architectural metalwork, metal fabrication, ceiling contractors, and selected specialist distributors.
  • Develop relevant existing customers and reactivate dormant or lapsed accounts.
  • Increase repeat-order frequency and average order value through structured follow-up, cross-selling, and account development.
  • Maintain a defined target-account list and active pipeline.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
