White Horse Employment are thrilled to be working Exclusively with a brand-new client, Concours House, as they continue to grow their premium automotive storage, events and experiences offering.
Based in Bradford-on-Avon, Concours House provides secure storage for exceptional vehicles alongside an exclusive community, bespoke automotive events and memorable client experiences. They’re now looking for an ambitious, commercially minded Sales & Business Development Executive to join the team and play a key role in driving new business and developing relationships across the prestige automotive and luxury sectors.
The Opportunity
This is a varied, relationship-led sales role suited to someone who knows how to open doors, build trust and turn conversations into commercial opportunities.
You’ll be responsible for generating new business, developing strategic partnerships and growing relationships with existing clients, with a particular focus on:
- Corporate events and experiences
- Automotive events and test drives
- Partnerships with luxury and prestige automotive businesses
- Converting opportunities into premium vehicle storage clients
You’ll be out in the market, attending events, visiting luxury and performance car dealerships and garages, networking with relevant businesses and representing Concours House to an exceptional client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business through networking, referrals, outreach and proactive lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Develop partnerships with prestige automotive businesses, dealerships, clubs, luxury brands and relevant organisations.
- Attend automotive events, exhibitions and networking opportunities as a representative of Concours House.
- Sell corporate events, experiences and test-drive opportunities to businesses.
- Develop opportunities that can lead into vehicle storage sales.
- Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to conversion.
- Work closely with the management team to identify new markets and commercial opportunities.
- Maintain a high level of client service throughout the customer journey.
- Work towards agreed sales targets and contribute to the wider growth strategy.

About You
We’re looking for someone commercially driven, confident and comfortable operating within the premium automotive environment. Ideally, you’ll have:
- Proven sales, account management or business development experience within the luxury, prestige or performance automotive sector.
- A strong understanding of the premium automotive market and the expectations of high-net-worth clients.
- An existing network of contacts across the prestige automotive industry would be highly advantageous.
- A proven ability to generate new business and develop long-term commercial relationships.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- A proactive, self-motivated and results-driven approach.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple opportunities.
- Good IT skills.
- A full UK driving licence.

Most importantly, you’ll be someone who enjoys being out meeting people, creating opportunities and building genuine relationships rather than simply working from a desk and waiting for leads to arrive.
Working Hours & Flexibility
This is a 45-hour per week role, Monday to Sunday, with flexibility around your working days. The schedule will be driven by the events calendar, so one week could look like Wednesday–Sunday, while another may be Monday–Friday. There will also be occasional overnight stays when required for events or business activities.
What’s on Offer?
- £30,000–£38,000 + basic salary, depending on experience
- The upper end of the range is reserved for an exceptional candidate with strong relevant experience and an established network.
