Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: 100% Remote (Must be UK-based)

Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum + Commission

About the Role

We are looking for a driven, proactive, and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. In this fully remote role, you will be driving growth and brand recognition, tasked with generating new business opportunities within the accountancy sector.

You will be connecting with accountancy practices across the UK, demonstrating how our specialized outsourced support services can help them scale, reduce costs, and streamline their operations. The executive will also maintain and grow existing client relationships, monitor market trends, and contribute to sales strategies and campaigns to achieve revenue and growth targets. Regular reporting on sales performance, attending networking events, and representing the firm in a professional manner are key parts of the day-to-day work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect Research: Identify and qualify potential accountancy clients across the UK who would benefit from outsourced support.
  • Outbound Outreach: Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns including cold calling, personalized cold emailing, and social media selling (e.g., LinkedIn).
  • Pipeline Management: Build, manage, and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring all activities and interactions are accurately logged in the CRM.
  • Needs Analysis: Engage with decision-makers (Partners, Directors, and Practice Managers) to understand their specific pain points and present tailored solutions.
  • Achieve Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs aimed at sustainable growth.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Sales Experience: Proven track record in B2B outbound sales, lead generation, or business development.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience selling to accountancy firms, financial services, or professional services is highly advantageous but not essential.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You must be confident, articulate, and persuasive on the phone.
  • Work Ethic: Highly motivated, resilient, collaborative, and disciplined to work effectively and autonomously in a fully remote environment.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using modern sales tools, CRMs, and social media platforms for prospecting.
  • Location: You must be a current resident of the United Kingdom.
