Sales & Business Development Executive Gloucester (Office Based) 4-Day Working Week (Full-Time Salary) £27,000 - £28,000 per annum (depending on experience)

At Buyline, we're transforming the way retailers offer finance. We partner with ambitious small and medium-sized businesses across the UK, helping them grow sales by giving their customers flexible finance options to spread the cost of purchases.

As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an enthusiastic, driven, and customer-focused Sales & Business Development Executive to join our friendly team based in Gloucester.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your sales career in a fast-paced and supportive environment.

  • You'll take ownership of the full sales journey; from identifying and engaging prospective Business Partners through to successfully onboarding them onto the Buyline platform.
  • You'll work closely with businesses across a range of sectors, helping them understand how our finance solutions can support their growth.

We're Looking For Someone Who…

  • Has an understanding of point-of-sale finance or retail finance products (or experience working in a retail environment where finance is offered).
  • Is enthusiastic, motivated and eager to learn.
  • Enjoys sales and building lasting relationships with customers.
  • Is confident communicating over the phone and via email.
  • Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Pays close attention to detail and takes pride in producing high-quality work.
  • Is comfortable using Microsoft Office and enjoys learning new systems.
  • Thrives in a collaborative team environment while taking ownership of their own workload.
