Company Description

Kauzio is a Decision Operating System that helps organizations and individuals make better, more accountable decisions across business, life, and products. Built in Nottingham and made for global use, Kauzio powers three integrated products: Pulse for Retail and Hospitality, Halo for individuals, and Lumi for developers via a simple API. The platform combines one decision loop, multiple AI engines, and structured primitives such as reversibility scores, sleep locks, and outcome tracking to turn judgment into infrastructure. With over one hundred and fifty connectors across markets from London to Lagos and Mumbai to Mexico City, Kauzio offers a scalable way to track decisions and their long-term impact.

Role Description

As a Sales & Business Development Intern at Kauzio, you will support revenue growth by identifying leads, researching prospective customers, and helping qualify opportunities for the sales pipeline. On a day-to-day basis, you will assist in outreach campaigns, prepare sales materials and demonstrations, and contribute to presentations tailored to founders, operators, individuals, and developers interested in Kauzio’s Decision OS. You will collaborate with the sales and product teams to understand customer needs, document feedback, and refine messaging across Kauzio’s products. This internship role is hybrid, based in Nottingham with the flexibility to work from home for part of the week. You will gain hands-on exposure to modern SaaS sales processes, CRM tools, and market expansion initiatives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
