Sales & Business Development Manager
£80,000 + Package | Hybrid (UK) | International Travel
We’re looking for a Sales & Business Development Manager to drive growth across the UK within the intralogistics and warehouse automation sector.
This is a solution-led, consultative sales role where you’ll be responsible for identifying new opportunities, managing complex, long-cycle deals, and working closely with international engineering teams to deliver tailored automation solutions across grocery, retail, e-commerce, and logistics environments.

What you’ll be doing:
- Winning and developing new business across the UK market
- Managing full sales cycles from lead generation to contract award
- Building relationships with senior decision-makers and stakeholders
- Working with international engineering teams to shape technical solutions
- Driving strategic growth across key target sectors
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in B2B sales / business development / key account management
- Strong background in solution-based or capital equipment sales
- Experience managing long and complex sales cycles
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder skills
- Background in intralogistics, automation, supply chain, or material handling
