We’re Hiring: Sales Business Development Manager
Could you sell ice to Eskimos? Sand in the desert? Do you spot opportunities others miss and know exactly how to turn them into sales?
Tooth Club is looking for a highly driven, energetic Business Development Manager to grow sales and improve commercial performance across our UK practices.
This isn’t a desk-based role. We need someone visible, hands-on and ready to get stuck in.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Coaching and motivating our Treatment Coordinators
- Improving consultation-to-treatment conversion
- Listening to calls and strengthening sales techniques
- Identifying missed opportunities and increasing revenue
- Creating action plans for underperforming practices
- Monitoring sales activity, pipelines and KPIs
- Supporting new treatment and product launches
- Visiting practices and leading from the front

- £35,000 basic salary plus uncapped bonus
- Regular UK-wide travel required
- Full-time position
