Change the world of early years education with us

At Owly, we're rebuilding the operating system for early years. Our nursery management platform helps settings cut admin time, stay compliant, keep parents connected, and give children better care. We've proven the model in Malta, and now we're bringing it to the UK, one of the most exciting and demanding early years markets in the world.

This is a founding commercial hire for our UK push. You won't be inheriting a playbook. You'll be writing it.

What you'll do

  • Own the UK pipeline end to end, from prospecting nurseries and nursery groups to closing deals and handing off happy customers
  • Run outbound that actually lands: cold outreach, demos, follow-ups, and relationship-building with nursery owners, managers, and group decision-makers
  • Be the voice of the UK market internally, feeding insights back to product, marketing, and leadership
  • Hit and beat revenue targets, with the autonomy to experiment on channels and messaging
  • Build the early sales motion that future hires will scale

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
