Sip Social is a luxury events studio specializing in crafted, imaginative cocktails for weddings, marketing and PR events, brand activations, and corporate parties. Role Description

This part-time Sales Business Development Manager role is based in London with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site client meetings and event-related activities with some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, nurturing relationships with event planners, agencies, and corporate clients, and developing tailored proposals and pitches that reflect Sip Social’s brand and offerings. The role involves managing a sales pipeline, conducting outreach via calls, emails, and meetings, and collaborating with the events and operations teams to ensure seamless handover from sales to delivery. The Sales Business Development Manager will also support brand visibility by attending networking events, tracking market trends in the luxury events and hospitality sector, and providing regular performance and pipeline reports.

  • Demonstrated experience in sales, business development, or account management within the events industry.
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using Canva, Excel & Google Drive.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of the London events market and interest in luxury brands, cocktails, and experiential marketing.
  • Comfortable with a hybrid work model, including in-person client meetings and occasional evening or weekend event commitments.
  • Relevant education or training in business, marketing, hospitality, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
