The Opportunity

Are you a top-tier, highly driven sales professional with a powerful network in print, retail, or events? Print On is expanding rapidly, and we are looking for an exceptional Sales Business Development Manager to accelerate our next phase of commercial growth.

This is a serious hunter role for a serious salesperson. You won't be sitting back waiting for inbound leads to arrive - you will be expected to create opportunities, open doors, win high-value accounts, and generate substantial new revenue.

Our Complete End-to-End Capabilities Include:

  • Large Format & Signage: Retail graphics, hoardings, signage, exhibition stands, and graphics.
  • POS & Campaign Rollouts: Point of Sale materials, small format print, and multi-site campaign execution.
  • Full Logistics & Installation: Premium finishing, packing, nationwide graphic installation, and logistics management.

Responsibilities

  • Drive High-Value Revenue: Identify, qualify, and win major new business opportunities while developing strategic accounts.
  • Leverage Your Network: Introduce Print On’s broad 24/7 production capabilities to key decision-makers across target sectors.
  • Pipeline & Deal Management: Manage the full sales cycle - from prospecting, cold outreach, and face-to-face meetings to presenting proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal estimating and production teams to ensure accurate quotations, timely delivery, and exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting & Strategy: Use CRM tools to manage pipeline metrics and monitor market trends to shape your growth strategy.

Who We Are Looking For

  1. Essential Client Book & Industry Network An existing, active network is a fundamental requirement. You should bring strong relationships with buyers and decision-makers (Marketing Directors, Procurement Managers, Agency Owners, Creative Directors, Production Managers) across sectors like:

  1. Proven Sales Track Record

    Demonstrated success in personally winning competitive accounts, securing large projects, and exceeding aggressive targets. Ability to demonstrate the commercial depth and quality of your client network over multi-year relationships.

  2. Hunter Mindset & Core Skills

    • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with comfort in pitch settings.
    • Proficiency in digital sales tools, spreadsheets, and CRM pipeline management.
    • Willingness to work on-site in Cheadle, engage clients face-to-face, and travel locally as needed.
