Role Description

This is a full-time, based in Kirkby-In-Ashfield for a Sales Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, and building a robust sales pipeline for stretch film and related packaging solutions. The Sales Business Development Executive will manage key accounts, maintain regular contact with customers, and ensure a high level of service and retention.

  • Strong New Business Development and Lead Generation skills with a track record of creating and growing a sales pipeline.
  • Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and effective presentation abilities.
  • Experience in Account Management, maintaining and growing existing customer relationships.
  • Previous sales or business development experience in packaging, manufacturing, or a related industrial sector is beneficial.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly, negotiate confidently, and work towards sales targets.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and standard office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentations).
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to visit customers and prospects as required.
  • Relevant education or training in sales, business, or a related field is an advantage.
