Sales & Business Development Representative

Are you confident speaking to people and looking for a role where your hard work and development can lead to real progression?
Apollo Associates is growing, and we're looking for motivated people to join our team as Sales & Business Development Representatives. You'll work directly with customers, build strong relationships and represent recognised brands while developing your sales and business skills.
You'll receive full training and ongoing coaching, so previous sales experience isn't essential. We're looking for people who are ambitious, confident, approachable and willing to learn.

The role will involve:
- Speaking with customers and creating a positive experience
- Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products and services
- Representing recognised brands in a professional way
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Working towards individual and team targets
- Supporting business development and customer engagement activities
- Working with the wider team to achieve shared goals
Experience in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service or other customer-facing roles can be useful, but it's not essential. We care more about your attitude, communication skills and willingness to develop.

The role is full-time and permanent, with performance-based bonuses and incentives. Immediate starts may also be available for the right candidate.
