As we continue to grow, we’re looking for ambitious individuals who want to develop their communication, business, and leadership skills while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role
As a Sales & Business Management Associate, you’ll be involved in the day-to-day development of the business while building the skills required to progress into management.
You’ll receive structured training and mentorship across customer acquisition, communication, team development, and business operations.
No previous experience is required — we’re more interested in your attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities
- Represent leading UK brands through face-to-face customer interactions
- Contribute towards daily and weekly KPIs
- Develop strong communication and customer relationship skills
- Participate in structured business and management training
- Support team development and training sessions
- Attend networking and professional development events
- Take responsibility for personal and team targets
- Develop an understanding of business operations and management
