Description

Amazing opportunity to take the initiative as Sales & Client Relationship Manager to support women to thrive professionally, personally, and socially.

About ISC Group

ISC Group, formerly the Insurance Supper Club, was founded 20 years ago as a network for senior women in insurance. Today, it is a global membership organisation supporting 10,000+ women at all career stages across seven countries. With 100+ corporate partners, ISC provides structured mentoring, coaching, networking, and professional development programmes that help women advance into leadership and board roles.

As Sales & Client Relationship Manager you’ll be able to build relationships with corporate partners and members, and play a key role in driving real change within the insurance sector. Our client group comprises a highly prestigious corporate partner membership base.

"We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mind, who is straightforward, proactive, and energetic. Does not accept the status quo and is happy to initiate change."

This exciting role offers flexibility of working remotely. You will also be required to attend our monthly in-person meeting in London for team collaboration as well as attending client events as required - usually in the City of London.

You will support the CEO with developing the corporate membership through proactive client outreach and member engagement and be responsible for 360-degree account management activity for the life-cycle of the corporate membership. You will ensure corporate members and partners receive the highest level of client servicing through regular review meetings and proactively promote the ISC Events programme to member organisations. As the client interface for ISC you will deliver a truly Consultative approach to our member organisations to allow continuity of the relationship and to ensure that they optimise on the benefits that our membership programme has to offer. You will provide an Advisory role so that clients are fully aware of the constantly evolving programme of events which will encourage client engagement and allow target membership renewals to be achieved.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
