Sales & Client Support Associate
We are seeking a Sales & Client Support Associate to join our Global Markets Operations team in London. This is a client-facing role supporting the Fixed Income Sales desk, where you'll work closely with Sales, Traders and Operations teams across multiple regions. You'll be responsible for managing the post-trade lifecycle, ensuring accurate trade representation within booking systems, supporting regulatory obligations, and delivering exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders. What you'll be doing
- Provide dedicated operational support to the Fixed Income Sales team.
- Ensure accurate booking and system representation of Global Markets transactions.
- Manage the full post-trade lifecycle from trade capture and pre-matching through to settlement.
- Support regulatory reporting requirements across Global Markets transactions.
- Build strong working relationships with Sales team and Traders.
- Act as a key contact for client transaction and portfolio-related queries, delivering a high standard of client service.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders including Risk, Compliance, Technology, Audit and Settlement teams to resolve operational issues.
- Investigate and resolve trade breaks, settlement queries and exceptions to minimise operational risk.
- Contribute to new business initiatives, transaction onboarding and governance processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, strengthen controls and enhance operational efficiency.
- Participate in cross-training across products and processes to provide broader team coverage and operational resilience.

What we're looking for
- 3–5 years' experience within a Sales Support or Client Support role in Global Markets.
- Strong knowledge of Fixed Income products, particularly Bonds.
- Solid understanding of the post-trade lifecycle, including trade booking, matching, settlement and lifecycle events.
- Experience working with front-office booking systems.
- Previous experience supporting Sales and Trading desks within an investment bank.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the confidence to work closely with front-office stakeholders across multiple regions.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
- A continuous improvement mindset with experience identifying and implementing process enhancements.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage confidently with internal teams and external clients.

You're naturally proactive, take ownership of issues from start to finish, and are confident building relationships with Sales, Traders and Operations teams across multiple locations. You combine strong Fixed Income product knowledge with a keen eye for detail and are always looking for ways to improve processes while delivering an exceptional client experience.
