Role Summary
The Sales Closer is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, pitching, and closing high-value contracts for our design and development services. This is a Mid-Level, Remote, and Target-based role designed for a self-starting professional who can translate technical capabilities into business value for clients. Success is measured by consistent monthly conversion rates and the total contract value (TCV) of new business secured.
Work Setup & Collaboration
- 100% Remote & Flexible: Total autonomy over your schedule and location, with a strong preference for candidates aligned with UK business hours.
- Outbound Focus: High degree of self-management required; you will primarily source your own leads with occasional support from internal referrals.
- Direct Impact: Work directly with a lean team of Designers and Developers to ensure client requirements are technically feasible.
- Results-Oriented: Operates under a transparent, commission-heavy structure (up to 35%) with no earnings cap, requiring a high-hustle mindset.
What You'll Do
- Identify and prospect high-potential leads within the professional services, tech, and e-commerce sectors.
- Pitch comprehensive solutions covering graphic design, website development, and mobile application builds.
- Navigate the full sales cycle from initial cold outreach to final contract execution and deposit collection.
- Consult with prospects to explain the technical lifecycle of design and app development projects.
- Negotiate deal terms starting at a minimum of £500, ensuring healthy margins and clear project scopes.
- Manage a sales pipeline independently, ensuring consistent follow-up and lead nurturing.
- Coordinate with the production team to provide accurate handoff briefs once a deal is closed.
- Refine pitch materials and guidelines based on market feedback to improve closing ratios.
- Maintain ownership of the client relationship through the initial onboarding phase to ensure satisfaction.

Success Indicators
- Conversion Rate: Achieve a lead-to-close ratio of 15% or higher.
- Revenue Throughput: Consistently generate a minimum of £3,000 - £5,000 in new sales monthly.
- Lead Quality: Ensure 90% of closed projects meet the internal technical criteria for the development team.
- SLA Adherence: Finalize contracts and secure initial deposits within 48 hours of verbal agreement.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in high-ticket outbound sales or agency business development.
- Domain Knowledge: Practical understanding of UI/UX design, web development, and app development processes.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrable experience closing deals in a commission-only or target-driven environment.
- Communication: Confident, persuasive verbal and written English skills for high-stakes pitching and negotiation.
- Self-Motivation: Proven ability to work autonomously and generate a pipeline without daily supervision.
- Technical Literacy: Comfort using remote tools (Slack, Zoom, WhatsApp) and basic CRM or tracking systems.
