The Role

To provide sales and administrative support to Fleet Sales Director and Corporate Accounts sales team and ensure excellent levels of service for internal and external customers.

What will I be doing

  • Provide Fleet Sales Director with all required reporting for the team within set frequency parameters – including but not limited to renewal, admin fees, activity stats
  • Work with the account managers to increase e-fleet and FSP engagement
  • Process e-fleet uploads and provide customer support for system queries
  • Provide sales and admin support for Account Managers, including but not limited to quotes, availability, proposals, loading on new orders and amendments, cover during holiday and absences periods
  • Deal with ad hoc queries from customers, sales and other internal teams
  • Work in conjunction with the Fleet Sales Director and Account Managers to monitor and maintain set business income and units
  • Provide any additional support to Fleet sales Director as required
  • Provide weekly activity log
