About Swift Switch
Read on to find out what you will need to succeed in this position, including skills, qualifications, and experience.
We’re a growing consultancy based in Shoreditch, helping businesses make smarter choices across energy, payments, telecoms, waste management and water. We pride ourselves on delivering excellent service, building long-term client relationships and developing high-performing sales professionals.
As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Sales Trainer & Coach to help take our sales teams to the next level. This is a hands-on role where you'll work directly with our consultants, delivering practical training, real-time coaching and ongoing development to help them build confidence, improve performance and achieve outstanding results.
The Role
We're looking for someone who loves developing people just as much as they love sales.
This isn't a desk-based training role. You'll be working alongside the team every day, listening to calls, delivering practical coaching and providing the support and feedback our consultants need to perform at their best.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
