Responsibilities / Tasks

The Sales & Commercial Support Coordinator is responsible for providing sales and commercial administration support throughout the customer lifecycle, from order execution, project administration, through to completion and handover. Acting as a key link between Sales, Projects, Customers and Manufacturing, ensuring accurate administration, effective communication and the delivery of a positive customer experience.

Based in Milton Keynes, this role reports directly to the Head of Commercial Support and operates on a hybrid basis, with a requirement to be onsite two days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Order Coordination

    • Coordinate customer orders from receipt through to delivery and handover.
    • Manage SAP order processing and maintain order status and delivery schedules.
    • Act as a liaison between customers, sales teams, factories and project teams.
    • Coordinate project handovers between Sales, Project and Service teams.
  • Sales & Commercial Support

    • Support the coordination of sales opportunities.
    • Complete pre-qualification questionnaires and alike.
    • Provide commercial administration support, including reviewing customer terms and conditions alongside the Head of Commercial Support.
  • Administration & Compliance

    • Ensure all documentation complies with company standards and contractual requirements.
    • Maintain accurate records in accordance with company procedures.
    • Adhere to corporate policies, quality standards and working instructions.
    • Provide support and cover across the wider Sales Support team as required.

Your Profile / Qualifications

  • Knowledge and Experience with SAP (Preferred)
  • Minimum of 3 years working in an office/projects environment (Preferred)
  • Good Interpersonal Skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to learn, adapt to changing situations and flexible attitude to tasks
  • Able to work independently, under pressure and to time constraints
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Willingness to grow with the role
