We’re looking for a Sales & Commercial Talent Partner to join our team and work embedded with one of our clients, supporting their growth across sales and commercial functions.
This is an opportunity to become a true extension of our client’s internal Talent team, partnering closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to attract and hire exceptional commercial talent within a fast-growing SaaS and technology environment.

What you’ll be doing:
- Partner closely with our client’s hiring managers and leadership teams to understand their hiring plans and talent requirements
- Own end-to-end recruitment across Sales, Business Development, and other commercial functions
- Build proactive talent pipelines across competitive SaaS and technology markets
- Source, engage and assess high-quality commercial talent
- Manage candidates through the full recruitment process, from initial engagement through to offer
- Provide our client with market insights, talent intelligence and recruitment data to support hiring decisions
- Act as a trusted Talent Partner and strategic advisor to stakeholders
- Work closely with the wider RPO team to deliver a consistent and high-quality recruitment service
- Help continuously improve sourcing strategies, processes and candidate experience
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, ideally within SaaS, technology or another high-growth environment
- Strong experience recruiting across Sales, SaaS and commercial functions
- Experience working in an RPO, embedded or in-house recruitment environment would be highly beneficial
- Good understanding of SaaS commercial structures and the talent market
- Experience hiring roles such as Account Executives, SDRs/BDRs, Sales Leaders, Business Development, Customer Success and Account Management
- Strong sourcing, stakeholder management and candidate engagement skills
- Commercially minded with the ability to use market data and talent insights to influence hiring decisions
- Comfortable working closely with a client and becoming an extension of their internal team
- Highly organised, proactive and confident managing multiple vacancies and stakeholders
