About Hablo

Hablo is the global B2B travel trade engagement and training platform connecting destination management organisations (DMOs), airlines, hotels and travel suppliers with a global community of travel agents. We help our partners educate, engage and incentivise the agents who sell their destinations and products to build sales confidence and driving measurable commercial results.

Founded in 2020, Hablo is scaling fast. We're the platform behind California Nova, built for Visit California and launching in Q4 2026 to replace their long-standing STAR programme. We've recently expanded into new international markets across Scandinavia, and we're actively growing our footprint across North America, Asia, Australasia and beyond.

The Opportunity

This role sits at the intersection of Hablo's two most important communities: the global network of travel agents that gives our platform its value, and the DMO and supplier clients who pay for access to it. You'll own community management as a platform function, and take commercial responsibility for a portfolio of client accounts and our growing network of agency partners. Your community work and your commercial work should reinforce each other. A healthier, more engaged agent community is Hablo's best sales tool.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
