We're partnering with a successful and growing financial services organisation to recruit a Sales Compensation Manager based in London.

This is an exciting opportunity for an analytically minded compensation, reward or incentives professional looking to step into a highly visible Sales Compensation Manager role and you'll take ownership of commission plans, bonus schemes and incentive structures that directly impact business performance.

As the Sales Compensation Manager, you'll ensure the accurate calculation and delivery of commission payments for a large sales population, while also helping shape future compensation strategy. This is a role that combines financial analysis, commercial partnering, reward design and process improvement.

Key responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end delivery of monthly commission calculations and annual bonus programmes
  • Design, review and enhance sales compensation and incentive plans
  • Conduct financial modelling and analysis to assess scheme effectiveness
  • Produce reporting, insights and recommendations for senior leadership
  • Partner with Sales and Finance teams to resolve commission-related queries
  • Manage and develop compensation systems and technology solutions
  • Drive governance, controls and process improvements
  • Lead and develop a direct report within the team

About you:

  • Experience in Sales Compensation, Incentive Compensation, Reward or Commission Management
  • Strong financial and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Experience calculating complex commission and bonus structures for sales teams
  • Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets
  • Experience with tools such as Varicent, Exactly, Tableau or Alteryx would be beneficial
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at all levels
  • Experience within financial services or another regulated environment is highly desirable
