Job Title: Sales Consultant x 2

Location: Glasgow/ West Scotland

Salary: £30,000

OTE: Up to £58,000

Working Pattern: Thursday to Monday + Optional occasional weekends off


The Role

A leading premium housebuilder is looking to appoint two experienced and commercially driven Sales Consultants for opportunities working on developments in the West of Scotland.

The successful candidate will manage the complete customer journey while delivering exceptional service, achieving sales targets and completing all associated sales administration and compliance requirements.

This role would suit a confident and proactive sales professional who can complement an experienced team member and contribute to a successful development.


Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and greet prospective purchasers and establish their individual requirements
  • Build rapport with customers and recommend suitable homes, incentives and purchasing options
  • Conduct development tours, property viewings and show home demonstrations
  • Manage the complete customer journey from initial enquiry through to reservation, missives and completion
  • Generate, manage and proactively follow up sales leads
  • Work towards monthly and quarterly reservation and missive targets
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information using Salesforce
  • Complete Anti-Money Laundering checks and all required compliance documentation
  • Liaise with financial advisers, solicitors, site teams and internal departments
  • Provide customers with regular updates throughout the purchasing process
  • Assist purchasers with options, specifications and personalisation choices
  • Maintain the presentation of the sales office, show home and surrounding development
  • Produce accurate sales reports and administrative documentation
  • Monitor local competitor activity and maintain an understanding of the property market
  • Support the achievement of excellent customer satisfaction scores
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and New Homes Quality Board requirements

Skills and Experience

  • Previous New Homes Sales experience would be highly advantageous
  • Strong sales background within a target-driven environment
  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Confident managing the complete sales process
  • Strong administrative and organisational abilities
  • Comfortable completing detailed compliance documentation
  • Technically confident and able to learn new systems quickly
  • Commercially focused with the ability to convert enquiries into reservations
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident working as part of a double-manned sales team
  • Professional, resilient and proactive approach
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

Commission and Bonus

Expected OTE of approximately £54,000–£58,000
