Sales Consultant

Location: Central London
Salary: Circa £30k - £32k / Negotiable - Market Leading Commission Structure and Incentives
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent

We are looking for a 360 Contract Sales Consultant to join our UK White Collar Construction Division. Please find a detailed specification below:

Expectations

  • Be credible and confident to build relationships with existing and new clients, both on the phone and through face-to-face meetings.
  • Owning, managing, and growing your desk as your own business, whether this be an existing desk or one built from the ground up.
  • Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle, from business development through to candidate placement and post-placement care.
  • Identifying and generating new business opportunities and tracking projects.
  • The ability to understand your market and provide an industry-leading service to your clients - maintaining revenue and upholding relationships.
  • Being accountable and consistent, meeting weekly non-negotiable expectations and being able to report on your own performance.
  • Have a strategic and commercial mindset, aligning your own goals with those of the business.
