Role Description
This is a full-time role based in Bournemouth (other branch postcode's locations include SO, PO, BN) for a Sales Consultant at First Home Improvements. The Sales Consultant will engage with prospective and existing customers. Day-to-day tasks include conducting consultations, preparing quotes, following up on inquiries, and guiding customers through the sales. The role also involves maintaining detailed records in CRM systems, collaborating with designers and installation teams to ensure accurate specifications, and supporting customers with product information and after-sales care.

Qualifications
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities
- Aptitude for Sales and proven Sales experience
- Relevant experience in the home improvements industry is a plus
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
