Job Summary
We're seeking highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultants to join our team, focusing on the sale of air source heat pumps and solar energy systems. If you have a passion for renewable energy and a proven track record in sales, this is an excellent opportunity to earn unlimited commission and make a positive impact. We're looking for talented people based in Doncaster, Nottingham and Lincoln as demand continues to grow.
About the Role
This is a field-based position where you will be responsible for attending and closing pre qualified leads for heat pump and solar solutions. You will be required to travel to your appointments that may be up to 100 miles from your home address. You will be educating homeowners on the benefits of renewable energy, conducting site visits, and providing tailored quotes. Your success will be directly tied to your ability to build rapport, and close deals on the day.

- An Excellent Communicator: You'll be the face of our business therefore, the ability to communicate effectively, build rapport and trust with our customers is a must. Our customers range from eco-friendly innovators that love investing in the latest home technology, to regular homeowners wanting to reduce their energy spend through smarter technology.
- You'll be experienced: Our customers are making significant investments for their home therefore, we're looking for experienced sales representatives. Renewables experience would be a bonus, but not essential as we will provide full training and ongoing support.
- Self-Motivated: You'll be on the road visiting our customers. To enjoy this role you'll be someone that thrives in an independent, target-driven environment and are relentless in pursuing your goals.
- Excellent Customer Service Skills: We're looking for someone who genuinely cares about customers and finds it easy to deliver outstanding customer service. Our market is competitive and our customer service, along with our excellent installation team is what drives our 5 star rating.
- Driving License & Own Car: You'll need a valid UK driving license and reliable vehicle for traveling to appointments.
