Sales Consultant (Luxury Dental Sales)
£30,000 Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission (£60,000–£70,000 OTE)
Location: Leeds
Job Type: Full-time, Office-based
Working Hours
- Monday to Thursday: 10:30am–8:00pm
- Friday: 9:00am–6:30pm
- One Saturday per month: 9:00am–5:00pm

The Role
As a Sales Consultant, you'll be the first point of contact for patients beginning their smile transformation journey. You'll:

- Welcome patients on consultation calls and guide them through their premium smile journey
- Build trust through empathy, active listening and a consultative approach
- Understand each patient's goals and recommend the treatment that's right for them
- Confidently handle objections relating to price, timing and treatment concerns
- Ensure every patient is seen by a clinician within seven days of sign-up
- Work closely with our clinical team to deliver a seamless, five-star patient experience
- Consistently achieve sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer service

What We're Looking For
We're looking for ambitious, motivated people who thrive in consultative sales and enjoy delivering an exceptional customer experience. You'll have:
- 1–5+ years' sales experience
- Strong direct-to-consumer (D2C) sales experience
- A proven ability to uncover customer needs and identify motivations
- Confidence handling objections and closing sales
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- The ability to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Experience within regulated industries or knowledge of FCA or GDC standards would be an advantage but is not essential.
