If you’re looking to grow your property career in one of the world’s most exciting markets, a move to Rothmore Property might be the right next step for you. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in establishing and maintaining relationships with clients and investors while providing expert guidance on property investment opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Establishing and nurturing relationships with clients and investors
- Analysing and evaluating potential investment prospects
- Conducting thorough market research to stay updated on industry trends
- Providing expert guidance to clients regarding buy-to-let options and strategies
- Successfully closing deals and achieving sales targets
- Daily calls to potential landlords and sellers
- Conducting property market appraisals
- Taking photos and writing listings for advertising on major property portals
- Understanding client requirements and providing suitable solutions in the market
- Staying up to date with market insights and trends
- Maintaining regular contact with clients and building strong relationships based on trust and transparency

Skills Required
- Highly organised, hardworking, and able to multitask in changing market conditions
- Demonstrated success in sales, with a minimum of 1 year of experience
- A solid grasp of property investment mathematics, including yields, interest cover, and loan-to-value (LTV) ratios
- The capability to cross-sell across various projects and locations, enhancing business growth
- Confident, articulate, and self-motivated
- Exceptional expertise in sales and effective closing techniques
- Prior knowledge of the property investment sector is advantageous but not required
- Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team
