What We’re Looking For

We want to bring on a Sales Consultant with a genuine passion for fashion, a commercial mindset, and a strong customer focus!

In this role, your main goal will be to create a memorable shopping experience by advising customers with a friendly, proactive, and professional attitude. You will work as part of a team to meet sales targets and ensure that products are perfectly organized, restocked, and attractively displayed at all times.

Job Responsibilities

  • Customer Experience: Attract and retain customers by paying attention to every detail and delivering top-quality service that reflects the brand's values.
  • Sales: Meet commercial targets and store KPIs while conveying the brand's unique value to customers.
  • Store Operations: Work as a team to handle inventory, stock management, cash register duties, daily reports, and other tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly.
  • Store Image: Keep the store organized according to visual standards and well-stocked with the products needed to provide quality service.
  • Cultural Fit: Cultivate and contribute to a positive team environment, fostering collaboration and teamwork.

Who You Are

You are a friendly, approachable person with a great, positive attitude; you are enthusiastic and know how to connect with customers. You are eager to learn new skills and gain in-depth product knowledge—and, of course, fashion is your passion, and it shows!

What you need to succeed in this role

  • At least two years of relevant experience in the fashion or retail sector.
  • Native or bilingual proficiency in Spanish; knowledge of English or other languages is a plus.
  • Strong teamwork skills and a commercial mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills.
