Sales Consultant - Luxury Retail
Location: Central London
Salary: up to £35,000 + commission
OTE: Circa £70,000
Working Hours: No late-night trading
International Travel: Strong possibility
We are recruiting for an exciting opportunity with a globally recognised luxury fashion house, looking for an experienced Luxury Sales Consultant to join its London team.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a luxury fashion sales professional with experience in Womenswear Ready-to-Wear (RTW) who is passionate about clienteling, relationship building, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
The brand has a strong international reputation for luxury womenswear, exceptional craftsmanship, and a distinctive fashion aesthetic, with a heritage influenced by couture and a highly sophisticated global clientele.
About the Role
This is a client-focused luxury sales position where you will be responsible for driving sales while developing long-term relationships with an exclusive clientele.
- Deliver an exceptional luxury retail and client experience.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Build and develop a strong portfolio of HNW and UHNW clients.
- Proactively develop new clients through effective clienteling and outreach.
- Drive repeat business, referrals, and increased client spend.
- Develop strong knowledge of Luxury Womenswear RTW, collections, and product.
- Provide expert styling and product advice to clients.
- Build long-term relationships through personalised follow-up and exceptional service.
- Manage private client appointments and support VIP client events.
- Participate in brand events, trunk shows, and other client activations.
- Collaborate with colleagues and international teams to maximise sales opportunities.
- Represent the brand at selected events and client appointments, including internationally where required.
- Maintain the highest standards of luxury service, presentation, and discretion.

About You
We are looking for a commercially driven Luxury Sales Consultant, Sales Advisor, Style Advisor, or Client Advisor with a strong background in luxury fashion.
You will ideally have:
- Proven experience within Luxury Womenswear / Womenswear RTW.
- Experience in Luxury Retail or Premium Fashion Retail.
- A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience working with HNW, UHNW, or VIP clients.
- Strong clienteling and CRM experience.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- A proactive approach to business development and client acquisition.
- Strong fashion, styling, and product knowledge.
- A polished, confident, and discreet approach.
- Genuine passion for Luxury Fashion and Womenswear.
- Haute Couture or Couture experience would be highly desirable.
- Flexibility and enthusiasm for international travel.
