Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Consultant role based in Cotgrave. The Sales Consultant will engage with prospective and existing customers, providing product advice and tailored home improvement solutions through in-person consultations and showroom or site visits. Day-to-day tasks include:

The role involves:
- Managing a sales pipeline
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Maintaining accurate records in company systems
- Coordinating with installation, customer service, and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
The Sales Consultant will also:
- Represent Anglian Home Improvements’ brand values
- Participate in local promotional activities
- Uphold high standards of professionalism and customer care
Qualifications
- Proven sales and customer service skills, with experience in consultative or solutions-based selling.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities to build trust and close deals effectively.
- Basic numeracy and IT skills, including the ability to prepare quotations and use CRM or sales tracking tools.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple appointments, leads, and follow-ups.
- Knowledge of home improvement products, construction, or related sectors is desirable but not essential.
- Ability to work on-site in Cotgrave, including occasional evenings or weekends depending on customer demand.
- Self-motivated mindset with a results-oriented approach and commitment to delivering an excellent customer experience.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are advantageous for customer visits.
- Previous experience in retail, field sales, or face-to-face customer roles is highly beneficial.
