This full-time, on-site Sales Consultant role is based at the David Lloyd Club in Bromsgrove. The Sales Consultant will engage with prospective and existing members, conducting tours of the club, explaining membership options, and matching services to individual needs to support their wellbeing goals. The role includes handling inbound and outbound sales inquiries, following up on leads, and meeting or exceeding membership and revenue targets through ethical, consultative selling. The Sales Consultant will deliver high levels of customer service, ensure a welcoming experience for all visitors, and collaborate with club teams to support promotional activities and events. Daily tasks also involve maintaining accurate records in sales systems, providing feedback on member needs, and contributing to a positive, inclusive club environment.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated Sales Consulting and Consulting skills, with experience in identifying customer needs and recommending suitable solutions.
  • Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on building long-term, trust-based relationships.
  • Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal communication and confident, professional presentation abilities.
  • Proven ability to work toward sales targets, with good numerical skills and basic proficiency in CRM or sales systems.
  • Interest in health, fitness, or wellness environments, with the ability to convey the benefits of club facilities and services.
  • Ability to work on-site in Bromsgrove on a full-time schedule, including some evenings, weekends, and peak periods.
  • Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or membership sales is beneficial but not essential.
  • High level of integrity, commitment to inclusive and non-discriminatory practices, and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
