Salespeople pitch. They follow scripts. They chase volume and celebrate activity over outcome.
We’re looking for someone who closes — and understands the difference.
Newsorte Media is a global creative marketing firm operating at the intersection of behavioral science and cinematic brand strategy. Our clients are premium hospitality destinations, elective medicine leaders, lifestyle estates, and heritage properties. Our retainers reflect that standard. Our methodology is published academic research. And the person we bring into this role will be expected to represent all of it.
What this role is:
- 100% remote
- 100% commission
- No base salary — because the right person doesn’t need one
Each closed client represents a minimum £5,000 in earnings. Five closes in a year on our retainer services puts you at £60,000+. There is no ceiling on that number — and no one managing how many hours you sit at a desk.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What there is:
- A framework to internalise
- A brand worth representing
- A market that is actively looking for what we offer
Your job is to find those people, build those relationships, and close at the standard the firm requires.
What we’re looking for:
- Someone who treats this like their own business — because that is exactly what it is.
- You set your hours.
- You manage your pipeline.
- You show up on LinkedIn, in inboxes, and in conversations with the kind of presence that makes a premium brand take you seriously.
You will read and internalise our behavioral economics framework before you speak to a single prospect. You will understand not just what Newsorte does but why it works — at a level that allows you to hold a consultative conversation with a CMO or a clinic director without ever becoming a salesperson.
