Sales Consultant

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive sales growth. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about sales and customer service to develop their careers within a fitness environment. The position is paid and suitable for candidates who thrive in a target-driven setting with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective clients through various channels, including meetings, calls, and emails.
  • Advise and guide prospective clients in their journey.
  • Create fresh lead generation ideas and effectively put them into place.
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate products or services to meet their requirements.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities using organisational tools.
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand the client base through B2C and B2B sales initiatives.
  • Drive utilisation of company products or services by providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Consultant to reach targets set and achieve KPIs.
  • Manage time efficiently to meet sales targets and organisational objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, is desirable.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making processes.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in IT systems for managing customer information and sales data.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Good time management skills to optimise productivity throughout the working day.
