Sales Consultant | Luxury Jewellery | Part-Time

We are working with a beautiful luxury jewellery brand looking for a passionate and customer-focused Part-Time Sales Consultant to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves jewellery, enjoys building relationships with customers and takes pride in delivering a personalised shopping experience. You will help customers discover beautiful pieces, offering guidance and advice to ensure every visit feels special.

The Role

  • Deliver a warm, personalised customer experience, building relationships and understanding individual customer needs.
  • Provide expert guidance on jewellery collections, styles and designs.
  • Support customers in finding the perfect pieces for special occasions and meaningful moments.
  • Drive sales by identifying opportunities and making thoughtful product recommendations.
  • Build customer loyalty through exceptional service and attention to detail.
  • Maintain high standards of showroom presentation and visual merchandising.
  • Support with stock management and general day-to-day store operations.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and deliver a consistently high standard of service.

About You

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing retail or sales role.
  • A genuine passion for jewellery, luxury or premium retail.
  • A confident communicator who enjoys building relationships and providing a personalised service.
  • A consultative approach to selling, with a focus on understanding customer needs.
  • A keen eye for detail and an appreciation for quality and craftsmanship.
  • A motivated team player who enjoys working towards sales targets.
  • Flexible and reliable, with availability to work part-time hours, including weekends where required.
