Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Consultant role based in Swansea. The Sales Consultant will meet with prospective and existing customers to understand their home improvement needs and recommend suitable Anglian products and solutions. Daily responsibilities include:

- Conducting consultations in homes or the showroom
- Preparing and presenting quotations
- Following up on leads to progress opportunities through to sale

The role involves:
- Maintaining accurate records in sales systems
- Coordinating with installation and customer service teams
- Ensuring that customers receive clear information about products, pricing, and timelines
The Sales Consultant is expected to deliver consistent, high-quality customer service, meet or exceed sales targets, and represent Anglian’s brand and values in all interactions.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Sales Consulting and Consulting skills to effectively understand customer needs and propose appropriate home improvement solutions.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure a positive experience throughout the sales and installation process.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including the ability to explain technical details clearly and build trust with diverse customers.
- Experience in retail or field sales, preferably in home improvements, construction, or related sectors, is beneficial.
- Ability to work to targets, manage a pipeline of leads, and organize appointments efficiently.
- Comfortable working on-site and in customers’ homes, with a professional and presentable demeanor.
- Basic IT skills for using sales systems, email, and presentation tools; a valid driving license is an advantage.
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles and knowledge of home improvement products are desirable but not mandatory.
