Due to continued business growth, we are seeking an experienced, motivated, and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our successful sales team.
Formula One Range Windows, Doors & Conservatories has been installing high-quality home improvement products since 2008 and manufacturing its own PVCu products since 1998. By manufacturing in-house, we maintain complete control over quality, lead times, and product availability, ensuring our customers receive the very best service and products.
With two modern showrooms located in Telford and Cannock, we proudly showcase an extensive range of beautiful windows, doors, conservatories, and home improvement solutions. We believe our products, competitive pricing, and professional sales approach speak for themselves. We do not operate a high-pressure sales environment. Instead, we focus on understanding our customers' needs and delivering the right solutions for their homes.
About the Role
We provide a consistent flow of pre-qualified appointments, allowing you to focus on what you do best: meeting customers, understanding their requirements, and designing their ideal home improvement solutions.

You will typically attend around 4 customer appointments per day, visiting homeowners to discuss, design, and quote for a range of products, including windows, doors, and conservatories. Comprehensive ongoing product training will be provided to support your development and help you maximise your sales potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Visiting customers at their homes to discuss their requirements.
- Designing and presenting energy-efficient windows, doors, and conservatories.
- Producing accurate quotations and following up opportunities through to completion.
- Building strong customer relationships and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Handling customer enquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Demonstrating our range of products and confidently closing sales opportunities.
- Achieving and exceeding agreed sales targets.
Skills & Experience Required
- Minimum of 5 years' experience within the windows, doors, and conservatories industry.
- Proven direct sales experience with a strong track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Positive, ambitious, and results-oriented approach.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Flexible regarding workload and working hours.
- Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
- References will be required.
