Job Description
We are looking for an experienced full-time Sales Consultant to join our office-based sales team, located in Pease Pottage, Crawley. You will have the opportunity to show your expertise as you engage with retail clients with the ultimate goal of bringing our client's vision to life.
What You Will Be Doing
- Manage all inbound sales calls, emails and online chats related to sales and product inquiries, ensuring prompt and accurate responses
- Respond to voicemails in a timely and professional manner.
- Daily processing of B2C proformas/orders, both national & international, and managing sales over the phone, via chat, and email.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in Salesforce for effective data management.
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with customer stakeholders.
- Proactive and professional collaboration with all customers, teams, and departments.
- Available to assist other team members and stakeholders with Showroom Sales, Trade Sales, and general After Sales enquiries.
About You
- Exhibit passion in ensuring customers have a meaningful and positive experience at all touchpoints. You are attentive to customer needs and enquiries, showcasing excellent phone manner and a high level of customer service.
- You have a strong ability to close sales effectively by understanding customer preferences.
- Proactive and prioritise calling customers pre-quote and quote follow-up to ensure building strong client relationships.
- Have a deep understanding of our product & technical knowledge, enabling you to provide accurate information to our customers.
- Build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry partners, fostering trust through professionalism, integrity, and reliability.
- Committed to helping customers achieve desired outcomes with strong project and time management skills.
- High-level communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with systems like Salesforce, Ring DNA, and WooCommerce.
- Previous sales experience in a high-paced environment is preferred
