FINE JEWELLERY SALES CONSULTANT – BIRMINGHAM
FULL-TIME | UP TO £35,000 + COMMISSION

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide polished, individualised service with a focus on consultative selling and client satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, driving loyalty through attentive clienteling and follow-up
- Support overall store performance by contributing to sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain immaculate store presentation, ensuring every detail reflects the brand’s premium image
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in luxury, fine jewellery, or premium boutique retail
- Strong sales-driven mindset with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets
- Quick thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Impeccable personal presentation with a calm, client-focused approach
- Passion for delivering an exceptional luxury customer experience
