Salary: Up to £30,000 basic + Car Allowance + Uncapped Commission (OTE £50,000+)
Location: Birmingham (Territory:based - candidates can live anywhere across Walsall, Wolverhampton or Dudley)
Position: Permanent, Full Time

About The Role

Our client is a highly respected market leader with an outstanding reputation for delivering exceptional customer service. Due to continued growth, they are looking for an ambitious Sales Consultant to develop business across the Birmingham region.

What You'll Do
As Sales Consultant, you'll play a key role in helping customers through one of life's biggest milestones. You'll provide expert advice, build strong relationships, and deliver tailored moving solutions whilst maximising sales opportunities.
Main Responsibilities
- Conduct customer surveys via telephone, video, self-survey and face-to-face appointments
- Prepare accurate and competitive quotations
- Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable moving solutions
- Build rapport with customers and confidently convert enquiries into confirmed business
- Manage your own pipeline of enquiries using the CRM system
- Maximise revenue through value-added services, insurance and commercial pricing
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure an exceptional customer experience from quotation through to move completion
- Achieve and exceed sales, conversion and revenue targets

What You Need
- Proven consultative sales experience
- Experience within removals, relocations, kitchens, flooring, bathrooms, estate agency, home improvements, furniture, or another customer-focused field sales environment would be highly advantageous
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Commercially minded with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Self-motivated and organised, with strong attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence
